I am looking for the parents of Sarah Richards married to 1) Thomas Segraves 1810 KY; 2) Daniel Rigsby abt 1826 TN
Her neice was Elizabeth Richards b. 1803 KY (unknown parents) who married William Tarkington b. 1782 NC and found in the 1850 Hickman Co TN Census.
The pension application of Sarah Rigsby as widow of Thomas Richards give the relationship and locations of Elizabeth and Sally, but not their parents.
Any information would be appreciated.
