Andrea, thanks once again for your continued interest. I think at this time, however, I would rather anyone interested in the cemetery contact me, rather than my approaching them. Once a descendant is interested, we can then correspond by e-mail. It would just be a matter of keeping them informed as to what happens and if they have any preferences. As there are only 16 graves marked, it shouldn稚 be too difficult to be able to work with the descendants. I知 certain that graves there are unmarked, but I have no way of knowing who they may be. There seems to be no record. Maybe I値l find out differently as things progress. A note further: At this time, I知 not sure if the cemetery is on private land or not. Since there seems to be no cemetery association in evidence, I知 thinking the land is privately owned. I am to check on that this next week. If it is privately owned, our work will be much simpler and a historical marker is more of a possibility. I知 finding out new information almost daily! In the meantime, there are 16 families that now know where their ancestors are buried, that maybe didn稚 have that information before. So if nothing else is accomplished, at least that will be done. Again, thanks for your support. You are very kind. Danna Notify Administrator about this message?
