Hi Ralph,
Thank you for your effort in trying to help me trace Ruhema, my very great grandmother (5 generations from me).
I think that Ruhema was born in the US, not in Ireland.
As for her husband -
Caleb Cromwell was for sure a descendant of Cromwells who came to America about 1650, from England, at a time this name spelt trouble in England as well. Yet there is no evidence that they were related to Oliver Cromwell.
