I have searched the Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania Census over and over and can come up with only one possible canadate for your REID/REED Family. My only problem is that in the 1900 Census it was said that Elizabeth A. (nee ?) REID, stated that she was 70, and a Widow and that she born "1 child & 1" living. This could be an error but still needs clerified. (ceh)

Robert T. REED, age 43, is a Store Keeper. His wife, Elizabeth A. (nee ?) REED, age 30, is Keeping House. Their children in the home are: Sarah, age 13; John, age 10; Andrew R., age 7; and Collins, age 2.
Also living with him is his father - John Reed, age 65. He is listed as a Supervisor. All household members were born in PA.

Elizabeth A. (nee ?) REID, age 40, and Keeping House. Her husband is not in the household at this time. Her children living with her are: Collins, age 13; Calvin F., age 8; Isaac J., age 7; and Robert F., age 4. All household members and their parents were born in PA.

*Frank Reid, age 37, born Dec 1862 in PA. He is employed as a Carpenter. His wife Anna (Mitcheltree) Reid, age 37, born Oct 1862 in PA is Keeping House. They have been married 15 years and she born 7 children with only three living at this time. Their children in the home are: Ella B., age 8, born Aug 1891 in PA; Grace, age 6, born Jan 1894, and Jeanette, age 10 months, born Jul 1899 in PA.
Also living in the home is his mother, Elizabeth A. (nee ?) REID, age 70, and a Widow.
