I do have one more piece of information on some Andrew Ray.

Some Andrew Ray #405 BB drew from Greene Co., GA in the 1805 Georgia Land Lottery.

In order to draw, Andrew had to be at least age 21 by March 1804 and born by 1783. BB implies that Andrew had two draws, both blank (drew no land), two draws implies that Andrew was married by March 1804, the last date to register for the lottery.
