I believe I have a match for you. The 1851 census for Rivenhall, Essex, shows a 2-year-old Charlotte Raven born in Pattiswick (right next to Coggeshall). The family is as follows:

Mary Raven, hed, widow, 39, "pauper agricultural labourer widow," born in Black Notley, Essex

Sarah Ann Raven, daughter, 7, scholar, born in Great Dunmow, Essex

Joseph Raven, son, 4, born in Pattiswick, Essex

Charlotte Raven, daughter, 2, born in Pattiswick, Essex
