Hi Lisa,
To clarify, Dannie M. Raven was the grandmother of William S. Raven, Jr. She was married to a William S. Raven that died either in 1928 or 1929. I have not been able to find anything specific on him yet in my searchings (which only began recently!). I recall hearing my family speak of a George Raven that lived in Fayette Co. GA, but I am unsure as to exactly how he was related. I'll try to dig a little further....
