I guess the following abstract shows some proximity between Thomas LADSON (who married Sarah dau of John and Ruth WALLER RAVEN) and John RAVEN himself:

Is is commonly known where the John Daniel (Governor?) lived?

Do you know if there is a listing of the individuals who came as part of Sir Hugh CARTERET's 1672 party through the Bahamas?

I'm guessing the WALLER must be some connection to the Benjamin WALLER who has a lot of land documents found using the online search at SCDAH.
