Hello Linda,
I am at the beginning stages of researching my ancestors. I found an email of yours (genealogy.com) dated June 30, 1999. So long ago that I don't know whether this will even reach you or not. I was most interested to see that your grandfather was John William Price Quesenberry. I know that he was my father's brother and, therefore, my uncle. My father was Benton (shown as "Denton" on most records) Clay Quesenberry. I have been looking for info about your grandfather (and other siblings) and could find nothing so I am excited at the prospect of perhaps receiving some info about him from you.
If you receive this and are interested, I would be happy to give you any information about your grandfather's siblings (Elkanah, Alice, John W.P., and my dad, Benton) that I may have. They all lived in California and I remember them quite well.
