Hi Lynda, I'm looking in the Quaintance Family Book that Al Quaintance printed in 1970. It has the children of O-170, Joseph Quaintance & Mary A., age 39, as: John M., age 13; James O., age 11; Mary R., age 9; George A., age, 5; & Lavina, age 1 in the 1880 Smith Co., Tennessee Census. It says there are no further records on this family.

There is more info for Joseph & his ancesters, if you are interested. Do you descend from this family???
