My name is Jeff Pulham and I was born in East London in 1958. My father Frank was one of 5 children and was born in Beacontree, Essex, in 1930. My grandfather Arthur was one of 21 children born and raised in the East End.
Whilst I have nothing to offer in terms of information, I have been fascinated to read the messages posted here. We too have had a rumour of German ancestry and all have a square jawline!I would be really interested to hear from anyone who may be able to help me link my branch of the family to a wider tree.
I'm married to Helen and our elder son is called Francis Edward - a pure coincidence as we had no knowledge of the Harwich family tree at the time. Our younger son is called Alex Harvey.
It would be great to hear from other Pulhams out there.
