Hi Dana,
Our William Pulham was the son of Francis Pulham (1702-1765) of Harwich, Essex. His only surviving siblings were Francis (1728-1805) and James (1737-1808). We know quite a lot about William's brothers, who were active in Harwich politics, and their descendants. William was most probably the cordwainer (shoemaker) of that name who married a woman called Amy May in Harwich. But there is no record of his death, etc, so he may very well have moved elsewhere in the mid to late 1700s. More than this we do not know.
Cheers Peter
