Fortunate new day for you, thanks of so valuable find of our forum friend Norbert, I can show you the place where your grandma was originated in Europe: this is very old, noted from the year 1508, small, and very nice town located in SE Poland - KOLBUSZOWA, and supposingly the family of your Rosalie/Rose (Rozalia in Polish) Skowronska (-suffix ska for female, the family name is Skowronski) is still living there, as you may find with 2009 Poland phone directory http://www.ksiazka-telefoniczna.com typing as "miasto" Kolbuszowa, and the family name as "nazwisko": 30 Poles surnamed Skowronski's, and:
Antoni Kapusta, Kolbuszowa, Poland
Elzbieta Kapusta, Kolbuszowa, Poland
Jan Kapusta, Kolbuszowa, Poland
Maria Kapusta, Kolbuszowa, Poland

And here is the picture of the church where your 18 years old brave immigrant young lady Rosalie from Austria/Poland possibly was baptized there, and where all her Polish family had been burried on the local cemetery in the 19th century and earlier:
