Hi Sande,
There is both a Hamburg departure and New York arrival record for a Wojciech Jurkowski.
He sailed from Hamburg on February 24, 1906 and arrived in New York on March 12, 1906 on the S.S. Patricia. His destination was 3651 (South) Wood Street in Chicago, IL where he was going to join a friend Wojciech “Chaziosz”. He listed his last residence as Trzetrzewina Austria.

The map site is in Polish. In the white box below Miejscowosc, type in the location name TRZETRZEWINA (captitalized for emphasis only). Then click on POKAZ.
Trzetrzewina is in the province of Malopolskie in the powiat (county) of Nowy Sacz in the gmina (township) of Chelmiec.
Next zoom-in using ZBLIZ and zoom-out using ODDAL.

In his posting, Tadeusz from Poland thought that “Newsanda” was probably Nowy Sacz. Trzetrzewina is only about 8 kilometers from Nowy Sacz.
