Hi Laura,
I was only able to locate one (1) U.S. document for a Tadeus/Theodore Kalinowski, a WW I Draft Registration Card.
According to the document, he was born on October 20, 1881 in Poland (under Russia rule). At the time of his registration on 9/12/1918, he was living with his wife Helena at 148 Eight Street in Passaic, NJ. He was employed by the Passaic Paint Works located on South Street in Passaic.
I will email you copy of the document.
Best regards,
Norbert
