You may be interested in an extraction project for the Lutheran Church records at Lublin available at http://www.sggee.org/lublinsearchinstruct . The Lublin Lutheran Diocese includes the Chelm and region parishes. This is a work in progress so you may not find the specifics you want just yet. The info is exclusive to SGGEE and we are making it available to the public at no charge. You will find further info there about how to get copies of the original records from the Lutheran Church in Lublin.
