Robert, you were/are right. I take my hat off to you, sir. Even though Wilhelm, Paulina and the children, were written in his Naturalization papers (supplied by Norbert Stevens) as born and married in Warsaw, so according to Paulina’s and Adolph’s obits (supplied by Barbara Speck, webmaster of the Lyman County, South Dakota Genealogy web site,) Paulina was born near POLTUCK, (PUŁTUSK) and Adolph at WITTSENTOFF, Poland. Surprise! There was no such place, called Wittsentoff, in those days Poland, or it is very hard to find...... again.:))) Isn’t it ironic? I found a palce near Pułtusk, called WIESENTHAL, (WINCENTOWO) ca 20 km east of Pułtusk, but again, it only is a probability. http://topografia.republika.pl/W.htm Regards Voyteck Notify Administrator about this message?
