The James (A)Poe, that married Julia Ann Ward that you are inquiring about is in my ancestral line. However I have him listed as James Warren Poe. He married Julia Ann Ward about 1843. They had 12 children. James (A) Poe was born Sept. 4, 1824. He had three brothers. Jesse Poe, Apr. 26, 1826, William Andrew, 1830 and Jeremiah Thomas born in 1832.
James children were: Nathaniel Floyd, John Andrew, Elizabeth Jane, Seraphina (Sally), Drucy, Jesse A., William Charles, Nancy Caroline, James M., Wiley, Chapman, and Minnie Miliissie.
I don't have a Jonathan listed as one of his children. Possibly a grandson??
