James W. Poe was born in North Carolina and both of his parents were born in Pennsylvania. My question is: WHO
WERE HIS PARENTS? I've searched and searched and have not had any success. I hoping someone here will recognize
ggrandpa James. His son Chapman Poe married Victoria Rutherford of Grayson Co. Virginia.
