I am Danny Pedigo from Springfield Illinois. You have extensive family in Virginia. Your earliest ancesters were well established along the Smith river and the two brothers owned somewhere near 3000 acres of land. I visited the sight and towns a couple of years ago but have forgotten the names of the towns. Contact me if you are interested. There is extensive Pedigo history there, also a Pedigo genealogy book. It was put together in Tennessee. We have a Pedigo reunion close to Mcminnville, Tennessee the first Saturday of October every year. If I can help contact me.
