Your in luck! There are a lot of people working on the Pedigo family line. One of them has the basic information you are looking for, and they maintain a website at BailiffFamily.com. Apparently they do not have information about your great-grandmother's descendents. Hopefully you will be willing to share information with them as well. I found their information through another genealogy website that has a membership fee.
According to their sources Grace Emaline Pedigo was born 2 Jul 1901 to James Monroe Pedigo and Betty Carr. He was born on 21 Oct 1872 near Smithville in DeKalb County, TN. She was born in Jun 1877. They were married in 1899 in 1899 in Smithville, DeKalb County, TN. He next married Martha Josephine Davis on 11 Sep 1911 in Manchester, Coffee County, TN.
This information appears consistent with what I found in the 1920 and 1930 Census. The 1920 census lists James' wife as "Josie" and the 1930 census lists her as "Martha."
James also appears in the 1900 census in DeKalb County living with his wife Betty, mother-in-law Rebecca Carr, and son Robert C. Pedigo.
