I have several documents that cite the William J Payne bible for their information. I have not been able to find the bible. William Jordan Payne according to the documents was born 23 Sep 1806 in Fluvanna Co, VA He married Sarah Elizabeth Herring 28 Jul 1831. Wm J Payne died 24 Feb 1890. There is no cemetery information on him, and no death record listed in Fluvanna Co VA. I know he was living in Fluvanna Co Va when reported the death of his son Luther Rice Payne in Sept 1885. Does anyone know of this bible and the family records in the bible?
