I'm not sure if this will help, but maybe you can help me. I know "Leonard" is a common name in my family. I am new to this and trying to gather as much Payne family history as I can. My grandfather was born in Nodaway Missouri as well as my great uncle Vance. I know that their fathers name was Leonard and I was told that he came from Kentucky. I also know that they lived in the St. Joseph Mo. Area, specificaly Hall, MO. If you have any further info I would appreciate anything you may be able to forward to me.
