hi rita, do you know who presley payne's parents are or if he had a sister named rhoda caroline payne (that married john ledford)? or do you know if presley and his wife ever lived in cherokee county nc? we are trying to find information on rhoda's family. a presley greenbury paine lived in cherokee co nc, a few doors up from rhoda and we were wondering if they were related. any info you can provide might help us make that connection. thanks, wendy
