I am looking for a long lost cousin, born in the '40's or 50's, in Frostproof Florida. His father's name was Everett Payne who has been deceased since the 1950's or 60's. James Thomas diappeared many years ago, and I do not know if he is still living. My father and Everett's father were brothers.
