I have a George Palmer (Parmer) b. 1796 Hancock Co., Georgia m. December 10, 1815 in Jones Co., Georgia to Richley or Rightly Kent he died 1864 in Barbour Co., AL. Other peoples' information that I have would appear to make him the brother of Ephraim Parmer b. 10 Mar 1786 in MD m. to ?Kendall b. ca. 1790 d. bef. 1820. Would you know where in MD Ephraim was born?

I do have other information on this family should you feel it is a match. I would love to hear from you.
