Information from SSDI (Soc Sec Dth Idx)

Parmer, Madie, b 17 Oct 1915; d Jun 1980; last residence Call, Newton Co, TX; last benefit paid Kirbyville, Jasper Co, TX; SS card issued in TX.

Madie does not show up on TX Dth Idx, maybe she was traveling and was out of state when she died??? You need to know where she was when she died, that is where her death will be recorded.

You can obtain a copy of the application Madie filled out for her SS card, which should show the names of her parents, (including mother's maiden name), Madie's residence when she made the application and other data, too.

If you know when and where Dennis died, you can obtain a copy of his death certificate, which should show the names of his parents. Madie was probably the informant and hopefully she knew that. (Online TX Dth Idx does not begin until 1964.)

Trout Creek is located in Newton Co, TX. Here is a handy dandy site to locate county for TX towns/cities:

Happy Hunting (^_^)
