Parmer/Paramore of Maryland

Here are the clues to my mystery family:

Karenhappuch "Happy" Parmer, born Baltimore, Maryland (the county, probably) about 1786, appeared in present-day Ashtabula County, Ohio in 1809 and married Enoch Fuller. The old "History of Ashtabula County" names the early settlers, up to about 1812, and fails to list any Parmers or Palmers.

Enoch and Happy have a daughter, Julina, b. 1822 who married John Munsinger in 1850, Lorain County, Ohio. In 1851, John's brother David married 18-year old Mary Ann "Palmer" in Lorain County, who can only be the 17-year old Mary Parmer found in the 1850 census in Amherst Twp. with her 58-year mother Ann (MNU) Parmer, and her 15-year old sister Laura, in the household of a family named Allen. Going back to 1840, Amherst Twp., I find Robert Parmer, age between 40 and 50, with females of the correct age in his household to match Ann, Mary, and Laura.

So, Robert Parmer, b. between 1790 and 1800, married to Ann (MNU) was perhaps the brother of Karenhappuch, b. abt. 1786 in Baltimore, MD.

Does anyone recognize these folks from Maryland? Thanks for any suggestions!
