Benjamin's father was Jacob. Jacob was married in Jones county and lived there until after 1820. We believe Joseph was his father. I am trying to find prove - such as a will or some connection. A death notice, etc. They are both in the tax roster and the census in Jones Co., but not in the same house hold.
Do you know when Joseph might have arrived in GA.? Or where he died? I also found where he bought and sold land in GA. The last I found on him there was about 1820.If he had sons that moved to AL, he may have moved also.
