Pickens was born about 1822, possibly in SC. He is in Montgomery, Ala by 1842. Married Mary Perdue, 7-20-1842 in Mont., and later married Caroline Sharp, 4-1-1857 also in Mont. Would like to know about his parents, brothers & sisters and any children he might have. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
