Upon completion of high school in 1934, Earle was employed by the International Harvester Company until 1940, when he enlisted in the RCAF. He was honorably discharged in 1942 and returned to IHC until September of 1943, at which time he joined his father in the jewellery business. Upon his father's death in 1950 Earle and his brother Jack owned and operated N.R. Park and Sons Jewellery until their retirement in 1980. Earle was actively involved in community associations. He was a 60 year member of the Independent Order of OddFellows, performed on stage in musical productions, and in 1950 joined the Yorkton Rotary Club, serving as President in 1954. As his popularity grew he was asked to be the guest caller for various clubs and provided workshops in Canada, the Unites States, Europe, Asia and Australia. He hosted a weekly television show, appeared on national television programs and recorded several square dance records. Earle hosted tours and organized dances to 5 continents and for over 50 years encouraged people to dance.
