Hay en el sur de P.R. dos cepas grandes de Pagan. Una la puedes hubicar en el Bo. Collores de Juana Diaz donde se mezclan los Pagan con los Zayas, y la otra mayor aun en Guayanilla de personas provenientes de Europa especificamente en el Bo Sierra Baja, donde se mezclan con los Guilloty, Irrizarry, Gelly y Lagomarcini de Yauco y Adjuntas.
