I wrote:
"Francis Killingsworth's will, proved July Court 1752, mentions wife Rebekah, son NOLS KILINGSWORTH. Execs Rebekah Kilingsworth, Solomon Thomas, Arthur Fort. Wit: Rachel (R) Stephens, Elizabeth (x) Pace"
Elsewhere, the executor is transcribed as "Solomon Homes" rather than "Solomon Thomas". I have not seen the original record.
Arthur Fort, the second named executor, was a son of John Fort, whose widow remarried to William Homes.
