Hi Phillip,
I seem to be having some trouble with my e Mail transmissions. Am able to receive but do not appear to be able to send anything. Will have to get it seen to.
George Hector O'Leary was the last born of 12 children of Christopher and Bridget O'Leary who were married on 31 July, 1839.
Christopher was born on 16 May, 1812 at The Curragh, County Kildare annd arrived in NSW as a convict, aged 16 years, on 2 June, 1828.
Bridget (nee Frost) was the daughter of James Frost and Honora Frost (nee Ryan) who were free settlers from County Clare.
They ended up owning a substantial property called "Gunning Flat" near Boorowa, NSW.
I have virtually all of the family and descendants charted and much information about about them and other extended families, so I can give you quite a bit of information.
