I am trying to find any data I can on my grandfather, Arthur Patrick O'Leary, from County Cork. He emigrated to the states prior to WW1 and fought in the US Navy during this and WW2. I know he came over from Ireland and married my grandmother, had my father and aunt and later left the scene. I do need to obtain his birth information because I am seeking to become an Irish national and obtain my passport and retire to Ireland myself. Please point me in the right direction.
