As a hobby, I rescue old photos that have identification on them.
I recently came across one, that doesn't list where it was taken, but states the following:
"Sarah O'Leary Aged 16 yrs old bearer of the name."
She's dressed in a dark dress, with a white high collar. Her dark hair is longer and is held back from her face with a head band of some type. She doesn't look very happy.
I wish I could tell you more. This photo is a little larger than a standard wallet photo, it was taken probably in the late 1800s.
