O'LEARY DNA PROJECT

Hi Learys & O'Learys,

Just wanted to share some exciting news with you regarding our project that was initiated last fall by Bonnie Harvey (Irishdancr@aol.com) in conjunction with Relative Genetics of SLC, UT.

Since the first of this year I have been connected with six new cousins, one each in England, Ireland & Wales, one each in the states of NJ, TN & CA. Four are O'Learys and two are Learys.

If you have hit the proverbial Irish stone wall in finding your ancestors why don't you give this venue a try. All it takes is three samples of your saliva and $195.00, a bargain for the possiblity of finding someone that shares a common ancestor or two with you. All seven of us share a common ancestor or ancestors from 4.5 to 11.0 generations ago. Pretty exciting stuff, going back to the 1600's, but we still have to find them. Knowing who we are related to now and sharing our family info should get us there sooner than later..

If interested please contact Irishdancr@aol.com or me at dbjoleary@aol.com. I don't get to these boards very often.

Thanks.

Don O'Leary
