My husband's family came from Sligo. His grandfather was Luke O'Boyle(1866-1949). He was born in Ballysumaghan, Sligo and died in Chicago. He is buried in Mt.Olivet Cemetery. Luke's parents were John & Margaret(Torsney)O'Boyle both were from Ballysumaghan, Sligo, Ireland. They had 10 children that we know of: Patrick, Luke, & John, Mary Anne, Michael, James, Bernard, Ellen, Bridget, & Kate.
Luke, John, & Bernard came to the US the rest stayed in Sligo.
