I just came across your post regarding Robert B. McMaster whose immigrant ancestor was Hugh. I think these are members of the family I am tracing here in Allegheny County, PA where a Hugh McMaster(s) came with his wife Eleanor Barr about 1810. Their grandson was Robert B. McMaster b. 1851 married Marry Cotton. Hugh and Eleanor also had a great-grandson named Robert B. McMaster b. 1882

Are these connected to the Robert B. McMaster and Hugh McMaster you have information on?
