I know this is a pretty old thread, but I had to respond. I think that my grandmother was one of the nine children from Daniel and Anna Mae. Her name was Mary... she had sisters, Beverly, Kay, Jessie, Theresa, Joan... if this sounds at all familiar, let me know. I could be wrong, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to try.
