Greetings Genevieve and other Mabee cousins:
I just returned from the Town Clerk's office of the T. of Murray, Orleans, Co., NY, and I found some Vital Records regarding Eva Blanch Mabee Shortt. (1) Lina Maude Shortt was born to Eva and Robert Shortt on 13 March 1902. (2) A second child, Jennie Blanch Shortt was born on 10 August 1903.
(3) On 29 September 1903 Eva Blanch Mabee Shortt died at age 20 yrs. 5 mos. 6 days---cause of death: "tuberculosis and childbirth." You were correct, Genevieve.
If anyone wants all the particulars that come with these entries, please let me know.
