Nora Lawson seems to exist only in the 1920 census and was born about 1920. Arminda Mabe had son Johnie of a similar age in 1930 and was living next to her father David Mabe. Rosa Anderson living with Arminda in 1920 was her sister. It is possible she was living with a relative in 1930 since Rosa was apparently unmarried or Nora was just left out of the census.
