Hi Pam, I thought I posted this once before but something went wrong. Clinton Leary was the son of Silas Leary and grandson of Abednago Leary, all from the Hinton, Dayton area around Harrisonburg Va. There are good Leary postings on www.collerkin.com web site including Clinton Leary. Clinton was my great, great grandfather David's half brother. On an interesting note, Abednago married Sarah Hinton, who's father Joseph was Daniel Boone's 2nd cousin, so all Leary's from Silas on are Daniel Boone's 2nd cousin, several generations removed.
