Timothy Leary Cork, IRE

I am looking for information on the ancestry of Timothy Leary, including siblings. Also of his wife, Ellen Madden. Here's what I know so far:

Timothy was born in 1803 in Ireland. I believe in Cork because all of children were born in Bandon, Cork, Ireland.
In 1860 he was living in Jay, New York with children Stephen, John, Julia, and Margaret. According to records in Ireland, there were 2 more girls, Mary and Hanorah, who did not appear in this census, nor did Ellen, their mother. Church records also contradict all census infor found on this family as far as birth records are concerned.

The following is Timothy's military records:

MILITARY: Served with the 118th New York Regiment. Is also called the Adirondack Regiment.

Enlisted as a Private on 31 July 1862 at the age of 42
Enlisted in Company B, 118th Infantry Regiment New York on 08 August 1862.
Transfered on 29 August 1862 from company B to company I
Received a disability discharge Company B, 118th Infantry Regiment New York on 29 March 1865 in In The Field, VA

Although it says that he was enlisted at 42, field doctors, as well as census dates, indicate that he stated he was younger than he actually was.

I have no idea when he died or where he was buried. His two oldest sons were living in the upper peninsula of Michigan at the time of his discharge.
