Hi, I can not confirm this marriage, but I can tell you that it is likely. There are not many LeBelle's around, the Lebelle's were originaly from PEI, but there last names were Bell, not Lebelle, and when they moved off the island there names were changed by the priest to Lebelle, hope this helps!
