Hallo,
I see that both of you are researching Kirwan's in Co. Louth, I have been abstracting deeds from the registry of deed, at a period that is too early for you, but I did come accross quite a few Kirwans in Co. Louth, merchants. The registry of Deeds in Dublin, would be a good place to look if your families had property. Hope this helps
