Searching for lost Kirwan/Kirwin family in N.Y.

Looking for decsendants of Lawrence (Larry) Kirwin, son of Patrick and Mary. Larry was born abt. 1913 and dies 1986. Last known residence was Ronkonkoma L.I. N.Y. Patrick was a plumber by trade and was a plumbing inspector for the building dept. in New York. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
