I wonder if we are looking for the same set of parents. I have an ancestor Mary Kaczmarek born in Poland in April of 1855. I also have information that she had a brother, Michael, and a 2nd brotherm Nicholas, born in 1860. She ended up in Manitowoc, WI and married Frank Norkoski, dying in 1945. Their marriage took place in 1876. I don't know whether she moved to Manitowoc and then met Frank or whether she & Frank were married before thay arrived in Manitowoc (I also have no information on Frank Norkoski's parentage). The had 3 children, Anton, Agnes and Celia. (Agnes is my children's great grandmother). Nicholas died in 1923 in Manitowoc, also (and is buried in Calvary Cemetery in Manitowoc). I don't know for a fact that Nicholas and Mary are brother and sister, but the birth dates seem to confirm that they were. However, I have absolutely NO information on their parents.
WOuld be very interested in confirming whether my suppositions are correct or not.
