I am also trying to iron out Eva Elisabeth who married John/Johann Peter Staudt and her Kuechline relationships. I read the Staudt books that say she is a sister of Col. Peter Kuechelin, but I cannot find anything to support this. Going from the research of Joseph H. Quire and from Ancestry.com, Eva's father is John Peter Kuechle, b. 1688 Opfingen, Germany, d. 10/31/1737 Philadelpia. Her mother was Louisa Frache, b. 12/5/1695 Genevae, Switzerland, d. 10/5/1767 Schoeneck, PA. She had a previous husband Francois Clavell (1695, France -1730, Germany). My problem comes from that Louisa marries Francois in 1718, a year before Eva is born. I have her marriage to John Peter Kuechle at 1737. This would mean John Peter is not Eva's biological father. Anyone have any insight on this?
