I am looking for any information on a Louis (or Lauritz) Gerhard Jacobson/Jakobsen from Trondheim, Norway. He was born on Feb 2, 1859 and died May 22, 1922 in Mpls, MN. I have one piece of information from the Norwegian Historical Data Centre saying that he is the son of a Hanna Hepso (Norwegian o on that, don't know how to do that).
Any ideas on how to track down his parents? Or what happened to his father?
He later came to the US and married a Marit I Sneve (who is also from Norway).
